Mr. Cheng outlined specific goals and action plans for 2024 and the next five years in areas such as attracting talent, strengthening the product line, enhancing marketing strength, and optimizing the marketing model. He stressed the importance of all responsible persons increasing their strategic awareness, constantly improving their professional level, forming an effective management team and actively contributing to business development and brand strengthening.
Mr. Liao focused on two aspects: quality and service. He said that in 2024 the company will carry out a global strategic expansion and improve the service system. Each employee must do their job carefully, constantly improve their own skills and the skills of their team, laying a solid foundation for successful activities. It is also necessary to strengthen the service concept of the “Iron Army”, maintain the sales system and make sales carefree by our actions.
